Broker-Fee-Free Marketplace

BUYERS

Set up your free member profile and designate as a Buyer. There are no fees for listing or reviewing sellers. There are no matchmaking commissions due if you match and successfully purchase assets or equity or anything else.

With your buyer profile you’ll be able to review the confidential seller profiles. If interested in purchasing, simply enter your message to the seller and click “submit.” Your message along with the link to your buyer profile details are immediately emailed to the seller. The seller then has the option to reply to you direct.

Your buyer profile is posted on the buyers page where sellers are able to preview and contact you directly. While there is a smorgasbord of different types of buyers on this page for a seller to engage with, you may be exactly the type of advisor they want to sell.

Explore the profiles of sellers actively seeking to partner and expand their businesses. You can view profiles of sellers who have received bank pre-approval for acquisition loans, whether for SBA, conventional, or both, along with the dollar amount range.

If you’re looking for a potential successor, check out profiles of sellers who are on the lookout for the right senior-level advisor to collaborate with, learn from, and eventually take over.

All seller listings are confidential, meaning you’ll find key information about the assets or equity being sold without revealing their contact details. As a buyer, you can review all seller profiles and reach out if you’re interested.

When you send an inquiry to a seller, your identity remains anonymous. The inquiry is sent through the Marketplace and arrives as an email, including a link to your Marketplace buyer profile for their review.

If you wish to engage with the seller, simply reply to the email, which will go directly to them and reveal your identity via your email address. There’s also a “Not Interested” button in the email; if you click it, the seller will be politely informed of your disinterest, maintaining confidentiality.

Once you receive an email regarding your inquiry, you can easily reply and start a conversation. Your response will go directly to the seller.
