How the Lender Portal Works

Each enterprise platform we build (for franchisors, co-ops, associations, and other organizations with large affiliated networks of business owners) has its own dedicated “Lenders Portal” — a curated group of vetted lenders specifically matched to that network.

Lenders complete a detailed profile selecting dozens of criteria — industry, geography, loan size, borrower type, deal structure, and more. When a member’s financing request is a strong match, the lender receives a warm, pre-qualified loan package.

  • 100% Match: Borrowers can access the lender directly through LoanBox DIY

  • Majority Transactions: A dedicated LoanBox Advisor actively places and manages the loan for the best possible outcome

Platform-Specific Intelligence

For each client platform, lenders receive deep insights including:

  • Detailed brand or network knowledge (borrower profiles, average loan size, typical use of funds)

  • Historical SBA and conventional lending analytics for that specific ecosystem

  • Performance benchmarks compared to peer networks

This allows lenders to underwrite more confidently and price more competitively.
